ASSIGNMENT You're moving out to a small appartment in the city. Luckily you found someone who is willing to donate €2500,- to buy furniture. Kitchen, bathroom and flooring is already taken care of. You can also bring your own furniture, as long as you state which ones you brought.
As you can see in the plan; I was trying to utilize the space as best as possible. The bed is on an elevated structure, under which you can walk, this way there is loads of extra space in the bedroom, so I could fit a studio/office in there. Also, I placed a roomdevider in between the kitchen and living room. There is an opening in it to function as a doorway and also a bar, which can be used as an elevated dining table by placing stools on -not one, but- both sides of the devider. This way I won't loose space by placing a dining table.
